The EUROPAN Competition

The competition is aimed exclusively at the young generation of ambitious planners. It brings young professionals together with committed site partners and supports them in realising their visions. This unique format actively breaks down hierarchical competition structures.

The prize money is:

1st prize - €12,000
Runner-up - €6,000
Special mentions - Promotion in publications (digital + analogue)

Who can participate?

Europan is aimed at Master's students and young professionals from the fields of architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture who are no older than 40. Each team must include at least one representative with a degree.  In the case of EUROPAN Austria: One member of the team must have a degree in architecture.

How to participate?

You present your project and your ideas on three A1 boards and an A4 brochure. After your registration (the participation fee is €100) you will have access to maps, studies and photos of the chosen site.
