E19 - CALL FOR SITES

Europan Austria is looking for sites for the 19th edition of Europan, the leading European architecture and urban planning competition. Future partners are invited to submit site proposals for which the next generation of planners will develop concrete visions within the Europan competition framework.

RE:SOURCING

Under this year's theme of "Re:Sourcing," we invite young architects, as well as urban and landscape planners from across Europe and beyond, to rethink our existing and built environment. We are looking for innovative solutions to unlock the potential of existing resources – whether through the reuse of existing structures or the strategic integration of nature into new contexts.

SITES FOR E19

We are therefore looking for sites on the theme of “Re:Sourcing” for the next Europan competition in spring 2027. The aim is to seek and find creative answers to questions concerning housing, mobility, infrastructure, social cohesion, and ecological resilience. 

SITE PARTNERS

By submitting a site proposal, you become a Site Partner. This involves a structured process that combines international expertise with local know-how. From the initial idea to the potential development of concrete implementation strategies, Europan supports you in developing sustainable and future-oriented projects based on the challenges of your site.

Proposals for sites can be submitted from now until 30 June 2026.
