Project Description by Team: A vibrant neighborhood is established, seamlessly blending high urban density with interconnected programmed open spaces. The residential area harmoniously integrates with the existing urban fabric and adjacent green areas. This dynamic quarter embodies the essence of community living, where residential, work, leisure, and educational spaces coexist in proximity and are easily accessible. The new quarter embraces a green, dynamic, diverse character, with distinctive architectural elements and open spaces, forming a vibrant mosaic, mixing various lifestyles and age groups. The urban development serves as a pivotal link between the neighboring districts. The robust block structure of the design ensures adaptability to changing housing demands, providing a flexible foundation for the future.
